How We Win Meetings That Matter

We are a call-first agency who use a consultative approach to sales focused on your ideal client profile (ICP) and their pain. Our goal is simple: to find people who fit your ICP, with problems they are motivated to solve, that you happen to fix – and getting them to agree to meet you. To do that, we employ the following approach:

ICP & Value Proposition

A structured workshop using Cutfroo’s own framework to understand and define:

  • Your perfect customer: who they are, the type of companies and industries they operate in, what they’re trying to achieve, the pains you solve for them, and the business impact of those pains.
  • Your value proposition: how you uniquely solve these challenges and what the benefit is to the ICP.
  • Your positioning: a look at your competitors and how you compare – we answer the question “why YOU?”.
  • Typical objections: discussing the usual reasons your ICP objects to meetings, and agreeing our responses.

Sales Materials & Rehearsal

Taking our learnings from the workshop, we will develop:

  • The ICP & Value Proposition deck.
  • The “No Pressure” problem focused sales script.
  • Our first list of ICP prospects.

We then schedule a meeting to run through the script, make any amendments, and role play with you acting as the ICP, to make sure we are happy with the pitch, the discovery questions, and the responses to objections.

Setup

Get everything in place to begin prospecting, such as:

  • Access to an email account from your company. 
  • Agreed mechanism for booking meetings (typically we are given access to your calendar and a Teams license so we can book Teams meetings directly in your calendar).
  • Set up of lists dedicated to your company in our CRM, or access to yours if preferred.

Start Selling

We begin selling immediately and share updates after each session. Our base package includes two calling sessions per week (supplemented by targeted emails) plus a progress report after each session.

Measure, Learn, Improve

This is an iterative process, and success will depend massively on your feedback and adapting to what the market is telling us.

Cold calling is one of the best ways to refine your proposition. No other medium allows dialogue in real time. It is imperative we share those learnings and adapt, but we can’t do that without you.
